On Your Feet Now!

On your feet now. Get started. Cross the Brook Arnon. Look: Here’s Sihon the Amorite king of Heshbon and his land. I’m handing it over to you—it’s all yours. Go ahead, take it. Go to war with him.” – Deuteronomy 2:24 (MSG)

There is always something that we want to do. Some amazing thing deep in our hearts. Try hard as you may, it remains. Do you know why? It is because the Lord is the One who put it there.

This is how the Amplified Bible puts it. Ephesians 2:10 (AMP) “ For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live]”.

So God had already prepared a path for each of us to walk. Some on a global scale, others on a smaller scale. Some in the market place, others in Christian ministry. So don’t let the fear of the unknown stop you. Get up and cross your “brook”.

What challenge is standing between you and your dream? Rise up and get started! Deut 2:24-25 “On your feet now. Get started. Cross the Brook Arnon. Look: Here’s Sihon the Amorite king of Heshbon and his land. I’m handing it over to you—it’s all yours. Go ahead, take it. Go to war with him. Before the day is out, I’ll make sure that all the people around here are thoroughly terrified. Rumors of you are going to spread like wildfire; they’ll totally panic.” (MSG Version)

Take this word and run into the first quarter of the year. There is a prize with your name on it. All you have to do is trust God, get up and launch into your battle.

Get up and Go!

PRAYER CONFESSION
In Jesus Name I am filled with power of the Holy Spirit. I am a fire and a flame. The enemy and his agents are stubble and dry wood before me. I consume all enemy and opposition on my way to increase and possession by fire in Jesus Name. God is ahead of me, so I advance in victory this year in Jesus Name. Amen.
