Olowogbogboro

“Awake, awake, put on strength and might, O arm of the Lord; Awake as in the ancient days, as in the generations of long ago. Was it not You who cut Rahab (Egypt) in pieces, Who pierced the dragon [of Egypt]?”
– Isaiah 51:9 (AMP)

This Yoruba word that means the one with a mighty outstretched arm is quite popular in Christian circles nowadays thanks to the Hallelujah challenge, the biggest social media crusade to ever happen. And subsequent song produced by Nigeria’s very own gospel artiste, Nathaniel Bassey & Wale Adenuga.

Who else has an outstretched arm that is mighty to save and yet soft enough to comfort? No one else except the Almighty God, the creator of all, Our King, Your Father, and My Father.

God is ever-ready to stretch out His hand into every and any situation in the life of His children.

In fact, it seems like God is daring His children to beckon on His arm to intervene in all affairs of life. God’s arm is literally ‘itchy’ in your favor. He is ready to pounce with angelic intervention and swift action.

The song says;

Olowogbogboro is turning things around
Olowogbogboro is turning things around for your good…

Beloved, no to crestfallen-ness again! The arm of God is activated.

There is nothing impossible for God to do.

As you go about your assignments this year, one thing you must never forget is that God’s outstretched arm is ready to turn things around for your good.

This arm is so strong and so powerful but not lose or dangling. It is available on request, yes that is the protocol, you must ask with open mouth, and tenacity of faith.

God honor invites, He won’t just rush-in uninvited.

Are you in need of restoration?
Are you hungry for more of God?
Are you tired of the ordinary and mundane?
Then beseech the Olowogbogboro to awake with strength on your behalf.

He will stretch His arm over your life, family, enterprise, and ministry.

His outstretched arm is upon this nation for peace, justice, righteousness, and prosperity in Jesus Name. Amen.

PRAYER CONFESSION

Awake, awake, put on strength and might, O arm of the Lord; Awake as in the ancient days, as in the generations of long ago. So that I the redeemed of the Lord will return, And come with joyful shouting to your presence; Everlasting joy will be on my head.
I will obtain gladness and joy, And sorrow and sighing are far from me this year and forever.
In Jesus Name I pray. Amen.
