“The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God’s people. Amen.”
– Revelations 22:21 (NIV)
The last words of the Holy Bible are extremely significant and portray what matters most in the believers’ journey.
The preceding verse to this speaks of the Coming of the Lord and the urgency with which it is desired and then the great apostle commits all believers to the grace of God.
The grace of God is the keeper of every believer.
Through the many trials and tribulations of life, through the many painful losses, through the sacrifices, through the mockery of men, through the scars of battle, grace keeps the believer.
Lose what you will dear friend, but never discount the grace of God in your life.
Study grace, believe in grace, enter into the rest of grace, talk about grace, testify of His grace, build your faith in this grace, yield to His grace and it will unravel you and strip you of confidence in yourself and in those you think may be of help.
Grace will refocus you on the Lord, as you will increasingly find yourself feeling ready to meet with Him, “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.” (Eph 2:8-9).
God’s grace brought about Christmas and the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ will bring us into fulfillment and total victory.
Go ahead and celebrate the great grace that our Lord Jesus Christ has brought to us.
In Jesus Name I declare I am saved by the grace of God. I keep myself in the grace of God daily. I do not take the grace of God for granted rather I stand firm in faith knowing that His grace is sufficient for me. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ abide with me always. Amen
