Never Give Up

“When Adam had lived 130 years, he had a son in his own likeness, in his own image; and he named him Seth”
– Genesis 5:3 (NIV)

Many people are scared of doing new things or trying out the same thing again especially after they had failed at it before. This is a major hindrance to progress for many of us but look at Adam. Even after losing Abel, Adam tried again and Seth was born…his name meaning “anointed consolation”. Seth was born reflecting the image and identity of his father.

Dear friend we all at some point or the other have watched our Abels’ die. We have buried many Abels (visions, dreams, ideas, opportunities.etc) in our lifetime but today God wants you to know that there is a Seth in you. A vision that you need to birth that will be a reflection of you.

Rise up today and dust up the dream book. The year has not ended and a new one is around the corner. God will restore every lost glory and give you double honor for any shame that may have come your way.

It’s time to be bold and strong. Go birth your vision and see what the Lord will do with you.

In Jesus Name I declare I birth new dreams, new visions, and new concepts today in Jesus Name. I am not deterred by the failure of yesterday. I set my mind on things from above and I press on to greater heights to the glory of God and the common good of all. Help me God, to be bold and strong always. Amen
